In every corner of the world you'll find a JCB machine. JCB is one of the world's top three manufacturers of construction equipment. Throughout the 68 year history, JCB have always invested heavily in research and development, keeping JCB at the cutting edge of innovation. Today, JCB has some of the finest engineering facilities across the globe, produces a range of over 300 machines and maintains a reputation for unrivalled customer service.
We at Plazmatio strongly believe that the JCB is truly a company founded on innovation and remains the key driving force for growth, so as a tribute to this innovation giant we came up with a design for their Revolutionizing back hoe
The JCB arm's that we designed here is known as a backhoe, also called a rear actor or back actor , which is a piece of excavating equipment or digger consisting of a digging bucket on the end of a two-part articulated arm.
They are typically mounted on the back of a tractor or front loader. The section of the arm closest to the vehicle is known as the boom, and the section which carries the bucket is known as the dipper or dipper-stick.
The boom is generally attached to the vehicle through a pivot known as the king-post, which allows the arm to slew left and right, usually through a total of around 200 degrees. The arm here digs by drawing earth backwards, rather than lifting it with a forward motion like a man shovelling, a steam shovel or a bulldozer.
